Have you ridden a bicycle instead of driving your car recently? It’s easy to forget how amazing it is to feel the wind, smell of flowers and the sound of nature around us.
Shinetsu-Shizenkyo Activity Center runs seasonal tours to experience the beautiful scenery,tradition and regional specialities. Tours include a rental bicycle, lunch and a English-speaking tour guide to show you around the city.
Take the new Hokuriku Shinkansen (bullet-train) and alight at Iiyama Station to start your adventure. You can use your JR Pass!

This tour takes you cycling through golden sea of rice fields! An experience available to be seen only once a year, don’t miss the beauty of golden rice fields.
